INTELLIscribe
Printing Process
- A user prints from a Windows application (e.g. MS Word) to a printer configured to work with INTELLIscribe.
- INTELLIscribe receives the print job and spools.
- INTELLIscribe connects to the remote host and sends the print job.
- The remote host renders the print job on the printer.
Note:
The remote host might be an LPD server such as RPM Remote Print ManagerEor a printer with a direct TCP/IP connection.

Low ownership cost
Designed for economical operation. Windows NT/Novell server is not required.
Fail over printing
Reroute job automatically to another printer if the specified printer fails.
Spool and format on the local PC
Reduce the CPU demand on the network print server or spooler.
Advanced user interface
Log error messages and reschedules print jobs as needed. Also reports status information such as the start and completion time. Using the JetDirect protocol, additional job status is available.
File Transfer
Use Stream technology rather than traditional store and forward email technology, ftp, etc. With high-speed data transfer you may drag and drop any file for immediate transfer directly to another host/computer bypassing email constraints. Combine our products to send files (no size limit) with INTELLIscribe and receive files anywhere with RPM on any Windows platform.
